If you hire us for a new built quality control we inspect and control the delivered construction work for any mistakes made by contractors or blemishes. During this inspection we determine whether the quality of the work is in accordance with the agreements and industry standards. Our inspectors are aware of the Dutch regulations and the most recent developments of the building decree (Bouwbesluit). The Woningkeur inspectors are trained to provide you with expert advice and also to carry out a very thorough inspection. When the final delivery of your new built home takes place it is preferable to inform the Woningkeur inspector in advance of any defects or questions that you have. The inspectors can check these for any defects and if it is applicable, they will report any defects in the official report of examination.
