When buying or renting, it is important to know how energy-efficient the house actually is. With the energy label you can see whether a home is economical or inefficient compared to a comparable home by means of classification into classes and colors.

The mentioned price is valid up to a size of 500 m³. For houses and buildings larger than 500 m³, a surcharge of € 25,- per 100 m³ applies.

Since January 1, 2021, the energy label legislation has changed significantly. As a result, there is only one valid energy label. This is the energy label of NTA8800. You can request this label by pressing the button below.
