We believe it is important that our inspectors and services are and remain at a high level. For this reason, our inspectors regularly attend training courses and workshops.
Ons proces bestaat uit 4 gemakkelijke stappen. Wij plannen een afspraak in en houden rekening met uw voorkeursdatum. U ontvangt een planningsbevestiging en een herinnering van uw afspraak. Wij komen bij u langs en u ontvangt uw rapport binnen 48 uur na keuring. Wij streven naar 24 uur, maar dit is niet altijd haalbaar. Vervolgens krijgt u een uitnodiging om ons een cijfer te geven.
Wanneer u van plan bent uw huis te verkopen, wilt u zekerheid over de bouwkundige staat ervan. Immers, als verkoper heeft u een meldingsplicht ten opzichte van de koper. Speel dus open kaart en voorkom dat u later wordt geconfronteerd met kosten voor gebreken waarvoor u aansprakelijk wordt gesteld.
Voor Engelstalige (ver)kopers bieden wij nu ook de mogelijkheid van een complete rapportage, professioneel in het Engels vertaald. Hiervoor wordt een toeslag berekend. Bekijk hier meer info.
